The NT Cancer Registry Notification manual provides a guide to the correct identification and reporting of cancers to the Northern Territory Cancer Registry. Please request a copy of the manual from NTCancerRegistry.DoH@nt.gov.au
The Reporting Cancer Form is available for Northern Territory hospitals for notification purposes.
