It was a fantastic night celebrating the allied health community right across the Territory. A big congratulations also goes to all of the nominees, finalists and winners.

With Monday 14 October marking International Allied Health Professions Day, the awards were a great way to commemorate the achievements of the industry and exemplify the theme of being 'stronger together'.

Allied health professionals provide specialised holistic expertise to address a wide range of health conditions and challenges, benefiting the health of Territorians. Underpinned by a collaborative, team based approach, allied health interventions help patients recover faster, manage their own health, and achieve better quality of life.

Thank you to all of our allied health professionals for the vital and dynamic role you play in delivering comprehensive, individualised care and specialised support to patients and their families.
