Applications are now being accepted from Resident Medical Officers (RMO) wishing to apply to the Northern Territory Hospitals.
Resident Medical Officers may choose to work for the Central Australia Health Service (CAHS), incorporating Alice Springs and Tennant Creek hospitals or the Top End Health Service (TEHS), incorporating Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine and Gove hospitals.

How to apply
To apply for a Resident Medical Officer position please:
- Complete and submit the online application before the application period closes - 2018 RMO Application - Round One
- Email all of your supporting documents through to HospitalDoctors.THS@nt.gov.au following the instructions outlined in the online application.
Applications are made to the Northern Territory Department of Health through a central online job application portal.
The recruitment selection process is the responsibility of the individual Health Services. The two Health Services will make employment offers to those applicants that have met the Northern Territory Resident Medical Officer recruitment requirements.
In support of your application, please nominate three referees who are able to provide a workplace assessment in a timely manner. They must be registered medical practitioners on the specialist register.
The Health Services will only contact the referees of short-listed applicants.
