Outback Pioneer Hotel

- 7 days from 12 noon to 9pm
Limits:
- Sales of take away to in-house resort guests only.
- Sales are limited to 6 cans of beer or 6 RTD spirits in bottle or can per person per day.
- Wine sales shall be restricted to bottled wine only.
- Special Conditions:
- No sale or supply of any takeaway Liquor to any person who is a
resident of, or normally resides at:
- the Northern Territory Communities of Docker River, Mutitjulu, Imanpa and Finke;
- any of the Communities or Homelands on the Pitjantjatjara Lands in South Australia and Ngaanyatjarra Lands in Western Australia.
- No sale or supply of any takeaway Liquor to any person who is a
resident of, or normally resides at:
AV8 Café and Bar
- No takeaway sales
Sails in the Desert Hotel
- Takeaway to bona fide lodgers only via room service

- Special Conditions:
- It is a condition of the Liquor Licence of these premises that there be restrictions placed on the sales of Liquor to residents of certain Lands and specific Communities.
- These restrictions have been imposed at the request of the residents of the Pitjantjatjara Lands in South Australia, the Ngaanyatjarra Lands in Western Australia and Communities of Docker River, Mutitjulu, Impanpa and Finke to combat alcohol related harm and damage to Aboriginal culture.
