Stakeholder engagement and consumer participation
The Aboriginal Health Policy Unit supports Northern Territory Health’s move to a more coordinated and systemic approach to engaging with stakeholders to allow for increased credibility and accountability, improved risk management and improved quality of policy and services.
The unit has also developed a range of tools to increase participation and engagement with health care consumers.
For more information read the Stakeholder Engagement Framework.
For information about the different levels of engagement read the Spectrum of Stakeholder Engagement.
