Diamond Princess evacuee update
Daily screening of evacuees from the Diamond Princess continues at the Howard Springs Manigurr-ma village.
There have been no new cases of COVID-19 among the evacuees at Howard Springs since last Saturday.
"The evacuees are now in their final days of quarantine and are looking forward to going home soon," Deputy NT Chief Health Officer Dianne Stephens said.
"An elderly gentleman is being transferred to Royal Darwin Hospital today from the village for management of an acute exacerbation of a pre-existing condition. He will be kept in isolation and tested for COVID-19 as part of our standard process."
A further three evacuees have been moved into isolation at the village and are undergoing tests today after showing mild respiratory symptoms in the daily screenings.
All four test results are expected later this evening.
