NT Wide DHF Specific Counter Disaster Emergency Plans

The Northern Territory Government has a Territory wide emergency framework to respond to all hazards, both natural and man made, including counter terrorist emergencies.  The following plans are the Department of Health and Families specific emergency arrangements.

            NT DHF Emergency Management Plan (Adobe PDF document - 159KB) is predominantly a pre-hospital response plan for major emergencies or disasters, mass casualty emergencies or major disease outbreaks, providing information to enable effective and coordinated medical, public health and welfare response.

·           Public Health Group Disaster Management Subplan (Adobe PDF document - 542KB) is a framework for the management and response to disasters by the Public Health Group.
