The CDN Steering Committee (CDNSC) is made up of government and non-government representatives with major interests in the common chronic diseases affecting the NT population across the continuum of care. CDNSC's primary role is to provide strategic advice and leadership on behalf of the Network as well as support the implementation of the CCPMS with a focus on primary prevention.
